The Lawn Library

I was wandering around Covent Garden on Monday and came across what I consider to be the greatest piece of public work I have ever seen. Penguin (it had to be Penguin) had set up the Lawn Library, complete with deckchairs, fake grass and bookcase, where people could select a book and sit in the sun. I loved it and would have happily joined in, if it wasn't for the fact that I was in a rush and it didn't seem to be open.

The thing I really want to know is how do we get it into Milton Keynes. I think that the place is perfect for such an idea.
